The H-V Devils kicked-off their 2010 season this past Saturday afternoon at home against the Bluffton Bulldogs. The series of games began at 4:00 p.m.

Dynamites - 6 & 7 yr old team: The Devils were down 14-6 and with less than a minute left in the game Tucker Cook scored his 2nd touchdown of the game and the 2-point conversion to end the game in a tie with a final score of 14-14. Both teams played really well.

Small Fry's - 8 & 9 yr old team: The Devils had an awesome defensive day shutting out the Bulldogs with a final score of 14-0. Anthony Housey & Joshua Walker each scored a touchdown and the 2 pt conversion was scored by Jylin Pierce.

Pee Wee's - 10 & 11 yr old team: The H-V Devils started off on the right foot again this year. In the 1st quarter with a quarterback keeper Jordan Walker scores the first touchdown of the game then Cameron Poston scored the 2 pt conversion making the score 8-0. In the 2nd quarter the pass from Jordan Walker to DeKelly Pittinger was completed for another touchdown to end the half with a score of 14-0. The Devils held off until the 4th qtr with Dazzlin Thompson scoring 2 touchdowns to make the score 26-0. The Devils defense played hard and kept the Bulldogs from scoring until the very end of the game, and with about a minute left in the game Bluffton runs down the field for about a 45 yard run touchdown. The 2 pt conversion was good and the game ended with a final score of 26-8.

Midgets - 12 & 13 yr old team: The Devils played tough but were unable to score against the Bulldogs Saturday. The final score was 28-0.

All four of our cheerleading squads done a great job also!

The H-V Devils will be at home again this Saturday afternoon beginning at 4:00 p.m. Please come out and show your support for these kids! We also have great food and ice cold drinks! Admission is $3.00 for adults $2.00 for students and children 6 & under are free!
