Top-seeded Estill was knocked out of the Class A girls basketball playoffs Monday night, falling 52-45 to No. 1 seed Estill at Beaufort High.
The Hurricanes advance to Saturday's Lower State final at The Citadel. They will face the winner of the Allendale-Fairfax vs. C. E. Murray matchup.
With just minutes left in the game, Estill held a 37-31 lead, but Hardeeville went on a 14-7 run to take the lead - its first since leading 2-1 in the first quarter.
