NIXVILLE - Daniel Jerome "Danny" Bostick, Sr., 48, died Monday, March 1, 2010.
Mr. Bostick was born in Hampton County on Oct. 18, 1961. He was a son of the late Joe Bing, Sr. and Annie Lee Bostick. He was reared in the home of his late grandmother, Mary Louise Bostick. He was a member of Goodwill Baptist Chruch. He was a graduate of Estill High School. In 1987, he was united in holy matrimony to the former Elouise Smoak. This union was blessed with three children; one daughter preceded him in death. He was employed by Walls Timber Company for many years.
Surviving are: His wife, Elouise; two children, Jalissa Danielle Bostick and Daniel Jerome Bostick of the home; brothers, Joe Bing (Sarah) and James Bing, both of Varnville; brother-in-law, James Smoak of Lena; sister-in-law, Barbara Scot of Estill; several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services were held 12 p.m. Saturday, March 6 at Efferson Missionary Baptist Church in Nixville with burial in the Cypress Creek Cemetery in Pineland.
M. F. Riley Funeral Home of Fairfax was in charge of the arrangements.
