VARNVILLE - Carlos Roman Terry, 32, died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010.
Carlos was born in Hampton County December 9, 1977 to Mr. Edward and Mrs. Virginia Cole Terry and was their youngest son. He attended the public schools of Hampton County and was a 1996 graduate of Wade Hampton High School where he excelled as a football player. Carlos, at first attended Miley Church of God in Miley, and later he attended the Church of God -Varnville. His employment began in Beaufort in landscaping. He later worked at the Monkey Farm in Yemassee for three years and every day he had a monkey story. Carlos' latest employment was at Dixie Poly Drum in Yemassee. He worked as a machine operator there for 13 years. He loved to fish and hunt. Carlos was predeceased by his grandfather, Mr. John Terry, Sr., uncles, John Terry, Jr., Brian Behlin and Ervin Cole.

the home; Kiara Williams, Yemassee; Arianna Gomez-Terry, Rialto, California; Mersades Islar, Orangeburg; One nephew, Deondre Terry; two grandmothers, Mrs. Lue
Alma Terry, Varnville; Mrs. Evelyn Behlin, Elizabeth, NJ; four aunts, Mrs. Pam Terry, Varnville; Mrs. Daisy Murdaugh, Columbia; Mrs. Betsy Ann (Nate) Mays, Hampton; Mrs. Saundra Terry, Brooklyn, NY; three uncles, James (Buster) (Liz) Murdaugh, Hampton; Kevin Behlin, Elizabeth, NJ; Eugene Terry, Brooklyn, NY; a host of cousins and friends.
Funeral services were held 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26 at Church of God in Varnville.
Riley's Funeral Home, Hampton Chapel, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
