This is a small town and everyone knows everybody or at least heard about them. You can be at the store buying milk and hear someone talking about a situation. Like a few days ago I was at the grocery store and over heard three males talking about the old construction site next door, and how it was just sitting and rotting away. I had to say something because I  wanted to make it known that I also was baffeild by the same thing. How can the City of Hampton & the Owner just waste so much money , time, and our hard earned tax money  just to starte building new homes in this area and stop. It has been 3-4 years and it brings the value of other homes down & invites unwanted guest to the area and I mean people who come in and  vandalize our use to be wounderful town.We have  Board Members, But please tell me what are they good for if S_ _ _   like this is going on. Finish the building and move some people in there or knock it all down and put some more jobs there, because we sure need it around here.Not wasted space!There is talk that the owner is in court and the City does not want to pay a dime to the owner. Like I said ,this is a small town with alot of talking! Also there is a Board member that is involved some how with the purchase of the land. He needs to come clean, because it will all get out sooner or later.  ( Does anyone want a BOWL of soup )    Hint! Hint!  Also I think the paper should do a interview with everyone that had something to do with that construction. And who was the Builder ? I want to know because he needs to be reported to the Better Business company for doing poor construction. Also put his name out there so I will not contact him to do work for me .....LOL....
