Welcome to your new Web site!
As you've noticed by now, www.hamptoncountyguardian.com has undergone some major changes. We've been working on this for a long time, and still have some kinks to work out, but I hope you'll like what this new site provides.
The Thursday paper will still be the primary source for information for our area. We'll continue to have in-depth stories there, along with lots of photos of events from the county.
Let us know what you think we should be putting on this site. And create your own log-in and start blogging here. Let Hampton County know what is going on in your life, with your church or in your club.
You can also post photos here. I'll write future entries about how to use that program, and we'll be adding photos there, too.
We want this site to be your online home. Let us know what we can do to make sure you enjoy your stay!

TOOOO HAPPY
Im so happy with the new look for the site.Like a year or so ago I made a suggestion of this and Im glad someone listen! I havent looked at the whole site yet but maybe a chat form of some sort would be good?
Good Job Guardian!
I am so glad to see that Hampton is getting in touch in a new and exciting way! I love the fact that blogging has been added to the website. The format may take a little getting used to, but for the most part I like what I see! BRAVO!!!!
Re: Guardian New website
I've been using the online site for a few years. I like the way you're now able to post comments and start blogs about things that interest you. I'd like to know how the "buddy list" is suppose to work? I'd also like to know if the Hampton Guardian is going to start using the comments from those who use this site in our newspaper. So many don't use the computer and they would like to know what the public thinks. Perhaps it's the "new" way to do NEWS today.
Good luck
