I am glad to see that Mr. Ernie won the election and so are a number of other people. 

I got so tired of being only recognized by the Rhoden's when the election was going on.  I was tired of being approached in gas stations, grocery stores, places to eat, on the street and etc.  If I had heard the words "You are Gonna Vote For Gordon" I think I would have thrown up or said something very rude.  All I kept saying is I will be at the polls. 

Everytime I have seen Mr. Ernie anyplace or even passed him on the street he has always spoken just out of the kindness of his heart.  Never once did he nor his family approach me and ask about voting for him. 

I know that all of my family members voted for Rhoden and that was expected of me, but I am my own person and I feel I should be able to vote for who I want not who all my relatives vote for.  I am a Republican unlike the rest of my family, but I chose to vote Democrat for this run off election so I could be assured that Mr. Ernie would get my vote. 

I even saw on facebook where Rhoden posted the following that I have copied.  Gordon Rhoden Just heard a great reason to vote on June 22: " If you vote for your candidate, that's one less vote for the other candidate". Believe you me..we need one less vote for the other candidate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So if you think this is the type of person we needed to vote for or if you did you are no better than he is..  Remember "GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY"!!!!
